So glad I found this nice-sized stainless steel wok with no internal rivets (which makes cleaning a breeze). The shape and weight are perfect—not too hard to lift for a small person, but not flimsy either. And it came with a lid! I always heat the pan until a drop of water scatters instead of instantly evaporating (Leidenfrost effect), and at that point the pan acts as if it were nonstick with a bit of oil. Cleanup is quick and easy. I love that it’s big enough to make large stir fries and meal prep.My only complaint is that the lid has a gap in between the metal and the glass where water gets stuck, and parts of the inside rim has started rusting. But the wok itself, 10/10Well made. Love the rounded edgesThey are a little heavy, but they work great even heatThe pan it self is a good solid weight and has even heat distribution. What makes it unusual is the inside bottom and sides. There is a nonstick coating on the very bottom topped by another level of stainless steel mesh which does not let metal tools come in direct contact with the black non stick coating. The result is, when you follow the manufacturers directions about wiping it down with a little cooking oil after use and adding a little before cooking and bringing it to moderate heat you get a near perfect non stick surface. Who needs a near perfect surface? 99% of the non stick pans don’t last very long and the cheap ones wear right away and the pans warp easily. This pan is here to stay and is a good value for the money. When it needs to be cleaned it’s very easy.Probably my favorite set of pans I have ever owned. Easy to clean, heats evenly, food doesn’t stick. Perfect pan.it.s a very good wok , nice construction and material and with the glass lid it's great , I use it mostly to cook soups and sautee some times , much better than the stainless steel sautee pans because the wok is deeper, I'm very please with my new "toy"Note that this pan DOES NOT COME WITH A LID.It’s pretty heavy IMO, I use it to cook for one, so the smallest size is nice. No Teflon coating to worry about for this pan. Things do stick to the pan and brown when cooking, so avoid steel pans if that’s not something you want. There are tips to season it so that it doesn’t stick, but I haven’t tried them yet! The handle is pretty long and heavy. I don’t anticipate it disconnecting from the pan. Looks very sturdy.I will update if anything happens, but it’s not a bad option for a stainless steel pan! Thus pan is not very non stick. I cooked with a medium heat which they reccomend and seasoned the pan and food still stuck
