I didn’t like the fact that every time I grabbed a pan felt like I could almost cut my finger..Simply poorly and cheaply made.Not very happy about these .They look nice, solid borders, but they're very delicate. They stain and scratch easily. I have never used such a product before, so I don't know if that's normal. If you look at the picture, the scratches on it resulted just from sliding a pan on it. The stains are water stains. Some drops stayed on it for a couple days and caused that damage. Probably some kind of reaction with the chemicals in the water. I tried to remove them with a sponge scourer, bad idea, it removed the brighteness and turned somewhat whitish.These pans are flimsy. Bend easily and are poorly constructed. They feel like they are made from the thinnest aluminum available. One of the pans arrived with all 4 corners having bend damage. I should have bought the slightly more expensive ones on the restaurant supply store.Nice big traysOverall I was satisfied. I just don't like being told I was going to receive 18 gauge when I received 20. These pans are clearly marked on the box as well as a sticker on each pan stating 20 gauge. Each pan was inside a sheet of plastic. The corners of the pan could be better formed and the rolled edge is not done the best. BUT, the price was right and I have used them in a 400º oven with no problems. After use, I hand washed and dried the pans, no scratches.I ordered 3 packs of 1 dozen each of these. In all 3 boxes the bottom pan was bent and warped. One I was still able to fit in the speed rack but the other 2 were bent too badly to fit in the rack. I got a quick credit for the pans which was good but I would have rather had the 2 pans.The pans themselves are what you would expect for in this price range. Not heavy duty but will work for my purposeTwo of my pans are dented the bottom twoThese are perfect, and fit in the matching bakers rack exactly as they are supposed to. One of them in the package arrived bent or this would be a 5 star review. I'm still giving 4 stars since they are such nice quality overall.
